This program provides assistance to owners of any “bully” breed of dog.  Limited financial assistance is available for neutering and Rabies vaccines.  Due to the large number of “pitties” relinquished to the Shelter, SADSAC hopes to neuter as many Pitbulls and Pitbull mixes as possible.
